SHIPPING & DELIVERY
For apparel orders, please allow 14–21 days for preparation and fulfillment. For canvas prints, please allow 10–14 days. These timeframes ensure that each item meets our quality standards before it is shipped to you.
While we work hard to stay on schedule, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather or carrier issues. If anything unexpected arises, we will do our best to keep you informed.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to follow your package all the way to your doorstep. Apparel orders are shipped via GOFO Express, while canvas prints are delivered through FedEx or USPS.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY
At SOLAOH, every piece we create is made with care and intention. Due to the nature of our limited drops and made-to-order items, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of your order's delivery. We’re happy to send a replacement — just email us at SOLAOHATELIER@GMAIL.COM with the following:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged or defective item (if applicable)
Any other relevant details
Once we receive and review your request, we’ll get your replacement sent out as soon as possible.
